Pretty friendly staff, had good stay!!!
Everything was very good, the parking was nearby, the room was a decent size. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and available with a private balcony. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were provided. The service was great and the food was outstanding.

basically it is well located on the sea side.
it's a warn out hotel that needs total rennovation. the room was not comfortable at all; very bad matresses. there is no gym at all or sauna to benefit from. untidy room & lift. very poor breakfast.

Good helpful staff.
Having your door knocked and told by the maid she will be back in 20 minutes, when we wanted a lie in.

The location is good.
The dinner wasnt that worth it for a 4 star hotel i visited many more worth it dinners with the same prices. On sunday the atmosphere beetwee staff during breakfast they were arguing and shouting infront of our tables we could feel the tense where we were sopose we are relaxing. I know that it isan accident but even the aircondition was leeking and as we were asleep in the afternoon the maintenence can to work at our room and after they left the walkie talkie in our room and we had to wake up again ! Another thing it is not nice for a 4 star hotel during dinner you have to go and get your drinks by yourself instead the waiter come and serve you in your comfort on your table. And the worst thing that i was very dissaointed is that i came for the indoor pool and as i got there i noticed that the indoor pool wasnt open ! That time a was very angry .

I have stayed ay the Qawra before and loved everything about the Hotel itself
The only pleasant staff were three in the bar in the main ballroom in the evening and the house keepers doing our rooms

The location is very good and the views of the bay are splendid The staff are very helpfull and they did provide our room request
The hotel is in dire need of a complete refurbishment which is about 5 years overdue as per our last visit.Very out dated 80's decor The bathrooms a re very small and signs of mould and age. Does not merit a 4 star creditation, more like 2 star + I do think the owner should find a way to invest in redecoration at least and do something about the lifts as most vistors were complaining about the waiting time, again outdated equipment

The family room was spacious and comfortable, with a charming design and ample hot water. Delicious meals were served, with fresh fruits and beautifully presented dishes, while the rooftop pool provided a good retreat. The surrounding area was littered with trash, and dog waste was a frequent issue. The lack of accessible restrooms for men was frustrating, as they had to use the women's facilities.
